I am considering getting cellulite reduction therapy from American Laser Centers. It’s quite pricey, so before I do I was hoping to hear from others who have been through the treatment. Are the results worth it?

I have an acne problem on my back, and its very annoying.
It leaves blotchy scars and looks terrible.
I just wanted to know if there are any acne treatments for my back besides lotions and washes and laser treatments.
DO NOT suggest proactive solution, I have heard it makes it worse if you stop using it.
I have heard of the Tanda light therapy home kit for acne, does anyone know if that actually works?
